Kamilla Milligan

Kamilla writes to create kind, cozy and joyful worlds for children and their adults. She frequently draws inspiration from nature and from her multicultural family histories. Currently renovating a home on Vancouver Island with her family, Kamilla has lived in Canada, the southern US, and Russia, and applies her PhD in education to her work in equity and human rights. Outside of reading, Kamilla enjoys gardening, admiring cute animals (i.e., all of them), getting her child’s help on fibre projects, and decluttering her closets just one more time.
