Rebecca A. Carter

Rebecca A. Carter is a Spain-born author and musician. Currently living in Madrid, she dreams of moving north, ideally to the beautiful yet rainier shores of England. Her debut novel, AN INHERITANCE OF LIES, comes out in spring 2026 with Lake Union. She writes adult, new adult, and young adult historical fiction, romance, paranormal, speculative, fantasy, dystopias, horror, and dark academia—among many other genres. When she’s not writing, you’ll find her singing, enjoying long strolls in nature, listening to music, baton twirling, lyrical dancing, or drawing tarot cards. Among particular interests, the Titanic, history bridal gowns, interior design, candles, and cats.
